面白かった。
ジューンティーンスにふさわしい（?）ブラックコメディホラー。
配信が始まったら、とても全部は捕捉できなかった「ブラックジョーク」をチェックしたい。
私はホラー映画はほとんど見ないが、ホラー映画に登場するアフリカ系キャラクターのステロタイプに挑戦しているということなのでそのへんについても知りたい。
ただ、アメリカ社会がつくり出す"black enough"にこだわった身内が暗黒に落ちる、という容易に想像できるラストは気に入らなかった。
「トランプに2回投票した」黒人も一枚岩ではないし...。
それから、今週たまたま目に止まったツイートで思い知らされて、わかってたけど改めてシュンとしてしまった事実を重ねて見ていた。

You know why?
Racism trains successful Black people at a very young age to walk the line. That “you can’t do what they do”. That you have to be twice as good to get half as much.
We check every box, twice. We follow the rules and perseverate on details to the point of exhaustion.
Meanwhile, the most privileged will openly, and at times boastfully, break every rule because they don’t think they apply to them…therefore not afraid of any consequences.
